Is it normal for my wife to dress like this?

My will be 51 this year and has what I call a "cuddly and voluptuous" body,is it normal for a woman of that age to squeeze herself into the most outrageously revealing outfits which causes men to stare wherever she goes?
I find it quite embarrassing to carry on with simple tasks like shopping or socialising, seeing men (and sometimes women) turning heads to look at her.
It is very difficult to put it all into context, and all I can say is that if she were not my wife and I saw her for the first time, I would think of her as an "easy" woman.
She is very extrovert, not at all insecure, and a natural attention seeker, however, I have never approached the subject with her because I'm unsure how she would react if I told her that I thought that she was too old to be so revealing, I have, by the way, during the past year or so overheard men on a few occasions talk about her whilst socialising, sexual innuendo sometimes quite graphic, is it normal? surely not.
