Are you subconciously clenching your teeth during rigorous excersize? Next time you excersize focus on what you're doing that might cause it.

I've never heard of it. Go see a dentist

It could be that when you Exercise you unconsciously clench your teeth.

Go to the dentist and change your toothpaste. I had very sensitive teeth too. Your teeth are not suppose to be this sensitive. This is why when you get a check up they blow air on your teeth to see if they hurt.

Are you sure running is the reason why your teeth aches? Definitely not normal...?

I had that happen when I played sports, I always thought it was due to congestion and sinus pressure. My teeth especially hurt when I jogged.
