Is it normal for my teacher to act this way towards me?

Since the beginning of the school year, one of my teachers has been acting strangely towards me when nobody else is around. On Friday afternoon we were reading through a text book when I pointed to something that someone had drawn in it and he reached over and put his hand on top of mine, and then it glided down to my fingers until he stopped. I looked up and he was kind of smiling at me.
Also, around last month or so, we were all outside doing a color run fundraiser when some asshole who was supposed to be throwing color on people was instead throwing rocks and I got hit on the head and fell. My teacher was behind me and made everyone get out of my space, knelt down next to me and grabbed my hand while he looked at my head to see if I was okay. Then, when nobody was watching, he kissed my hand and called the nurse.
Is this normal?

This behavior is totally inappropriate for a teacher towards a student. Tell your mother or another trusted grownup - school counsellor or principal, but be prepared for him to lie and say it didn't happen, because predators like him are also liars.
