Is it normal for my stepdad to do this

When i was 10 my stepdad would touch me when my mom was gone ........ My mom and my REAL dad broke up when i was a little girl then over the years my mom found my step dad everything went well exept when my mom left me with my stepdad when i sat down on the couch playing xbox my stepdad use to come sat next to me and grab my legs put them on top of his legs and sqeeze them and then rub them up and down untill he reached the side of my vagina then he would rub again and again then he would get closer to me and rub my tummy untill he reached the bottom of my breast then he asked me how does it feel i told him it felt funny then i cried alittle then he asked me why i was crying i told him i wasent then he said i was then i said because i missed my mom then he got nervous and he went to my moms and his bedroom then he fell asleep finally my mom came then he started acting like a REAL dad is this normal to happen
