Is it normal for my step-mom to be this way?

My step-mom moved in from EU around last year of September. My sister and I tried to be nice to her, but she's had trouble with us. Generally she's nitpicked me for being antisocial(but thats a personality disorder of mine I cannot control). She's stolen from my sister and I, and denied it when confronted about it. My sister expressed how she felt about her being a klepto on facebook, and my cousins told my dad about that which naturally went back to my stepmom. She called the cops on my sister for calling her a klepto, and made a big scene about it. And recently, she tried to frame my sister on trying to poison her with this concoction she made with her own spit and god knows what, leaving it at the side of her bed. Is this normal? I don't know if this is normal in Romania for them to act this way(she's Romanian). But I'd like to hear some input on this...

    Jesus Christ, you should have just called this post "My Stepmom is a Gypo", which is not normal, it's disgusting and she won't stop stealing your money until all her teeth are gold

        It's typical for Slavic women to behave like that - they attention seek and act like the victim. When you criticise or try to reason with them they start crying, accuse you of attacking them etc. and are just completely over the top. I have had the privilege of growing up in a household full of them.
