My step dad offered to pay for my boob job only if he get to pick the size of implants. He also want to be the first one to try them.
is it normal for me to even consider this offer?

No, it's not normal and you shouldn't go through with it. I don't know you personally, but I think you're fine just the way you are (as everyone else on here who seeks implants). Implants are hideous in my opinion and people should be more accepting of themselves; regardless of the flaws they have.
