Is it normal for my side to hurt
Ok so i'm a bigger person, not overly obese but not skinny either, and I've been working out everyday for the last 2 weeks to get in shape and yesterday I did the eleptical machine for 45 minutes and I walked on a treadmil with an incline for 15 minutes and then I walked around the trak for another 15 minutes, within 10 minutes on the track my side started hurting, I didint think anything of it at first because I thought my side was cramping like it does sometimes when I walk, but it became really painful to finish my last 5 minutes but I did anyway. After my side continued hurting for the next hour and I woke up this morning and it was sore and it continually hurt throughout the day and it still hurts a little now. Is this normal and what is it? Did I pull something or is it aomething different?
