Sometimes when im relaxing or whatever, my penis just randomly grows big. The first time this happened to me i was kinda scared because i didnt know what was happening. I am very concerned and im considering seeing a doctor. Btw i am 21

You definately need to get it amputated, sounds like you're too far gone for anything less drastic.

It can often just happen randomly. Often when your bored. It happens more if you haven't had sex or masturbated recently. It is more common early on in puberty (at least it doesn't happen as much to me now that I'm 16), but I don't know if it stop later on in life because I haven't got there yet :/
