Depending on age. If post-puberty, then flacid is normal 2-3 inches and 5-7 erect

The average length erect is actually 5.1 to 5.9 inches,there is a condition called micro-penis but this doesn't sound like it relates to you as i believe with micro-penis when erect its generally less than an inch in length.

Are you 2 inches when erect? If so, then that's smaller than normal. Two inches when not erect is within normal range. Many guys are bashful with their two inches of penis, not knowing that thebsize is right on the money.
