Is it normal for my nipples to look like rose buds?

okay so i was in the shower and i was playing with my nipples,and i noticed that one had a huge red pip on it..and it looks like a rose bud? and also, the other one is pushed in and inverted..so i got some cream and tried to suck it out but that never worked..this is very concerning as i seen my GP and he said that i immediately need it scanned as it could be pussy and become infected if burst. i really appreciate any help as i am very worried. thank you
