Is it normal for my mum to act like this?

So my Mum likes to give jobs to a lot of people, and as a result I referred to her as "Queen Colleen". She took this positively and now sings the song "Joy To The World" with the following lyrics:

"God bless the Queen, the Queen Colleen. She's noble, majestic and kind".

She sings this at least 6 times a day and it's damn annoying. In addition, around 5 years ago she had severe PMT, and my father would not pass her a carrier bag; she reacted by saying "pass me the carrier baaaaaagggs", in an American accent with a slight lisp (we're English) and this has also stuck.

No, this is not a joke. So guys, is it normal for her to act like this?

    She should try this:
"God bless the Queen, the Queen Colleen. She's noble, majestic and reigns supreme."

Sounds funny and cool to me. There's a guy at work who comes up with funny phrases that stick like that. Most people find it funny most of the time. For every person that gets annoyed once in a while, it only makes the others just laugh that much more.

    She sounds normal.

Perhaps she's doing it because you tried giving her a rude nickname.
