I found out yesterday that my mom has life insurance on me. I was just wondering if that's normal or not. Because, to me, that's a little creepy...

    It's normal. My mom has life insurance on me too. Maybe it has something to do with me being gay.

    It's normal. That way, if something where to happen to you ( God forbid) she would have money to bury you. The worst thing in the world is to loose a child, and not have money to bury her. Or him. Not only would she be grieving , but she'd be in debt too ( if she didn't have life insurance).

    Hell yeah, it's normal. If you croak, she's gonna be livin the good life, drinking her gin and tonics at some tropical beach resort. What else would you expect?
