Is it normal for my long distance bf to ignore me

So i have been with my boyfriend for a little over a year. It started out great and we have been planning to move in together after we turn 18 and graduate (we are both 17 now and will be 18 in jan & march). Lately hes been acting very strange and even lied to me about being in the hospital when he really wasnt. Hes been ignoring my texts and calls lately also. I have tried to talk to him about it and he just keeps sayin sorry and that he loves me with all his heart. I asked him if he just doesnt care about me anymore an he said "thats not it, if anything i care about you more than ever".

I just dont understand why hes acting like this if he loves me as much as he says. He used to be the most caring person ever. I just want the old him back, this is breaking my heart :,(

Anyone have any ideas about what might be going on?

Lieing about being in the hospital is not good. It sounds like he wants space and is not willing to tell you.

my friends bf is a bit like this, maybe when you're not there hes just too busy and involved with his own life to think that much about you, doesnt mean hes cheating or tht he doesnt love and appreciate you even more when youre there

  • I think you should start dating in real life and keep it a secret from him, what's the point of staying faithfull if he's being an asshole?

wake up, he is seeing someone else. You are too young anyway to settle down, shop around, he is.
