Is it normal for my inner lips to have these?

My long inner vaginal lips have these bumps on them. But they arent sore, they arent itchy, they dont pop. i have had different types of sex with and without a condom but these were there before i even had sex. what could it be?

    Not hpv, they just are part of our vaginas.I have those too I've tried to pop them but they've always been there before I starting being sexually active
