It depends on the reason, but I'm assuming if she had a good or valid reason she would have told you. You should ask her why though if you haven't already. In general it's not normal or okay, no. Just think about it, why would she want or need to keep that a secret?

It's only Facebook, she either doesn't go on much, or maybe her family isn't ready to know yet; just ask her about it if you're stressed over it

I do not think it is normal, but there are plenty of valid reasons why she might not want to immediately change her relationship status. You should just ask her why. If she cannot give you a good reason, then you would have reason for concern.

I know it's just FB but if she is serious with you then you need to tell her to change it. Otherwise guys will think she us free for the taking.

If she changes her status from single to in a relationship without your name, it's ok. I would be at least concerned if she remained "single" without a good explanation.

When I get into a relationship I HATE putting a label on it, so I avoid the whole "change the status" thing for as long as I can. It's not him, it's just the hassle of everyone questioning me and judging me for it, it can just be irritating. If you're concerned, why don't you just ask her?

I guess she could think it dosen't matter as much that everyone knows that you, are the one she is in a reltionship with. Or she is embaresed to let other people know for some reason, either way it is no major deal man dont let it get out of control.
