Ok so my gf and I have been dating for a year now and she just graduated high school and I'm going to be a senior. She's going to college about 2 hours away and we are used to having constant sex.     Don't send her your semen. The regulations on it seem pretty complicated, and it looks like you could get in big trouble if you did it wrong.

      In the US, it looks like you probably can, but there are strict regulations on how it has to be packaged and marked. The regulations were clearly written with medical samples for lab testing in mind, and I'm unclear on whether it's legal if you're just some guy.
