I was wrestling with my friend the other day and he accidently kicked me in the balls. It hurt, but it felt kind of good, and I got sexually aroused by it. I had hid the pain so he wouldn't know. Ever since then, I wanted him to do it again, but he wouldn't. I wanted to know how can I get him to do it again?

Believe it or not, this is NOT abnormal. However, I mean that by psychological standards. Psychology claims that there is only one thing that can ever be concretely defined as abnormal, and that is when something is non-consensual. So as long everyone involved in sexual activity are on the same page, it is completely normal by psychological standards.
To be turned by such pain would certainly clarify you as a masochist. And although this is uncommon, there actually is an entire BDSM (bondage, sadomasochism) community. You didn't clarify your age, but I'm assuming you're a bit young. I would advise not to engage in this type of behavior frequently. This can cause serious damage to your testicles even if you are aroused by the pain. I would find other methods that are less dangerous. For example, there are some people that have a desire to cut their wrists. A healthier way to get this desire out would be to snap a rubber band on their wrist. (This obviously doesn't solve the problems going on inside their head, but it's a better solution then cutting.) Perhaps instead of getting kicked in the testicles, you could find a way to explore other parts of your body that can heal a lot better. Some people really enjoy spanking, and this is considered a lot more common and "normal" by a social standard. Explore and experiment a little. Just let your freak flag fly.
This stuff only happens because of non-consensual substandard upbringing.

Let's back up a second here...
I never used the words, "I think". I said, "By psychological standards, etc etc." You don't know if that's my personal opinion or not. I was simply giving information, and some suggestions based on the dangers.
I do think however you're comparing apples and oranges. There is fantasy, and then there is behavior. There are safe ways to explore desire, and unsafe ways to explore desire. As I even stated above, some people have the urge to cut their wrists. That is not okay. A temporary fix would be to use rubber bands instead to feed the urge. However, that doesn't solve the problem.
What goes on between's someone's left ear and right ear is never universal for everyone. And the DSM's standards are NOT always correct in my opinion. For example, it took homosexuality off of the DSM as a mental disorder, which I agree. It is not. However, it still list asexuality as a mental disorder. And these standards are being taught in classrooms today. So thousands upon thousands of doctors that have an asexual patient in their office may think they have disorder and try to find ways to stimulate them sexually with medicine, which will most likely make things worse, because it's shaming their identity.
Currently, the DSM believes that these feelings of sadomasochism are brought on by hyper sexual stimulation as children. (Rape/molestation as a child) Sexual stimulation happened to someone in early life, and has caused them to be hyper stimulated, constantly desiring extremes of sexuality.
I know what the DSM says... but as I said before, the DSM isn't always correct. It's a manual with lots of research put into it, of course, but some parts of it haven't had enough research done, or haven't been re-visited for decades... and sexuality changes very very rapidly. What we learn about sexuality today will be outdated in just a few months.
To rephrase what I said earlier for anyone who is confused, *I THINK* that you should explore your sexual desires in a *safe* way. There is an entire BDSM community. BDSM is about power and control. Rape is also about power and control, but clearly, that's when it has gone way too far.
It *IS* okay to explore THIS desire for THIS particular situation. It's not something *I* would do... it's not something *most people* would do. But I am listening to the individual's personal concerns. This isn't about you, or myself. It's about the "patient". Always. Always. Always. The "patient". My personal opinions or beliefs are irrelevant. I have to listen to what patient is expressing, and what they think is the best route to take. I think if more doctors, whether medical, or psychiatric would listen to the patients more about what they would like to try, I think patients would be a lot happier, and get "better". Because then they aren't just being told what to do. They are following their own beliefs.
It should also be noted that porn is not real. Porn is porn. It is made to SELL sex. It is okay to fantasize about, as everyone fantasizes about something- but some fantasies should NOT be acted on. Rape, molestation, murder, suicide, etc etc... these are not okay to explore. But for THIS specific situation, I've already listed the dangers, and I've now listed some more options. The choice of what to do is his.
