Is it normal for my friend to fancy my dad

I have a best friend who is 23. and she has always had a massive thing for my Dad who is obviously a lot older and since he separated from my Mum, I'm sure she's sleeping with him.
Is it normal for her to go that far with a best friend's Dad, because I think its not on for her to do that?

    I found out that my sister and my best friend dated. I see my best friend like a sister because we've known each other since we were kids. I don't really mind their gender preferences and I've also known it for a long time, but seeing two of my siblings date, it's just...u know. When they broke up, I told my sister what I felt about her dating my bff. And she said that they're relationship wasn't that serious. She said she was more like a friend to her than a girlfriend, and my bff felt the same, which is a huge relief. But if my dad and my bff were to date? Its going to one hell of a rampage
