Is it normal for my feet to fall asleep while sitting on the toilet?

Alright, im sure everyone has had that time where they sat on the toilet for 30 minutes trying to shit bricks but in that process have your feet fallen asleep? Well mine have. My problem is that now when i go to the bathroom even if just for 5 minutes, my feet seem to fall asleep and when i stand up i fall over. This also happens in school when sitting cross legged for too long and i end up falling over from lack of foot movement... Anywho, is this a normal thing?????
