Is it normal for my family to ignore me

I can be the only person in a room with someone and say their name more than once and they won't answer me if we are all having a conversation I might get one or two things in but normally I'm cut off and then I can possibly say something when the subject is completely different. It is so annoying is this normal?

    Can you ask a trusted Family member, Why the people in your Family ignores you? I think you Need to open up, and let someone know how you Feel. Good Luck!

    It's not uncommon for a family member to not fit into the social setting of the family.
