Is it normal for my ears to ring like this?

When I'm in a quiet room like my bedroom at night trying to fall asleep, I notice a faint ringing sound. I don't listen to loud music or anything. Is this normal?

    it's probably normal and nothing to worry about, but you might want to see a doctor if it happens regularly. Because it could be tinnitus, which can be caused by a variety of things. According to what i read on the web, this condition is usually not serious and goes away on its own.

    but yeah, i get that too sometimes.

    Yes, I do to. Except for me it can happen anywhere. It just randomly happens. It's really quiet then it gets really loud but then it leaves.
