Is it normal for my daughter to buy her sister lingerie?
I have two daughters, 15 and 19. My younger one turned 15 just a few days ago. I discovered two days later that received a secret gift I didn't know about from her sister. As she was sleeping, I was reading her text messages and saving them to my computer, as I always do to make sure she isn't engaging in atheistic behavior and to keep a record of sins of hers so I know how to improve my parenting and how much help she needs to lead a righteous life. While I was looking through the messages, I saw something that horrified me. My elder daughter sent her the following message: "you're finally at the age where you should start dressing sexy so i got you something you'd like in your exact measurements. enjoy and don't forget to show me how you look in them ;)" When I saw this, I couldn't believe my eyes. But it only got worse. My younger daughter had complied with her request, sending her sister pictures of herself making suggestive poses in several sets of lingerie, including a sheer one, and two sets of stockings. These are NOT appropriate garments for her to be wearing and not appropriate pictures for her to be taking or sending to anyone, let alone her sister. Her sister replied "sexy ;) now go knock their socks off" to which my younger daughter replied "ill knock something off :p ty so much theyre super comfy ill think of sumthing for you next time im over". Now I'm extremely worried that something I don't know about is going on. I'll confront her about it once I can come up with a way to do it without revealing that I read her texts. I learned my lesson the last time I reacted immediately, which almost let her find out how I was learning such things. That's how I decided it was the right response to not stop this evil immediately so I could stop more evil later. I'm also not going to let her meet her sister as often, because I'm worried about what that will make her do. I'm going to talk about it with my pastor and maybe a psychologist. Has anyone else heard of anything else like this? Can anyone give some advice? Christian responses only please.
