Is it normal for my child to have a masterbuating addiction?

My daughter is nine, she has a habit of masterbuating. She will do it anywhere, public, private, even in front of me. I watched over her one time and she was naked playing with dolls and making then touch her. When her friends come round, I see then toching each others genitals, and god knows what else. She uses pens, hairbrushes, you name is shes used it. Should i make her stop? I dont know if she goes into orgasm. Once I had a phone call from her so called boyfriends mother and she said that my daughter was trying to have sex with her son. She smacked my daughter and told her off, this made her master hate even more. She does it all the time. Should I tell her off, punish her, or tell her it's right? I don't really know what to say to her, any advice?

    good luck with that i cant get my kid to stop picking his nose let alone trying to deal with your problem. my kid gets told off your kid needs professional help

    This is fake because 3 reasons. 1: Why would any mom let their kid masturbating in public. My kid be in trouble. 2: Who taught her? It is your fault for teaching her and if you didnt teach her you would not a to find a anwser. Finally 3: An adult would go back and check their spelling. I think a kid wrote this.

    No this is not normal at all. Masturbating is normal but doing it publicly without regard for others is not. I think you need to get your child therapy. Most teens even use discretion when doing it. Generally hiding it and doing in the bedroom or bathroom that feels safe and private to them. She needs to control her sexual urges and not be touching herself everywhere. That is also a crime and if she continues when she is older might be list of sex offences. It is normal for kids hitting puberty to be horny. Some women hit puberty early and 9 is an early age. Get her to a therapist, and psychologist and next time she touches herself in public smack her across the face. Tell her "No bad!" we only do that in privacy".

    What is masterbuating? And how do you master hate? If this isn't a troll, you shouldn't let her and her friends touch each other's genitals. That's going a bit too far.
