They're 3 and 7 years old and they don't wear clothes during summer while being indoors.

    Totally normal. Except where needed for the weather, clothing really isn't that comfortable. You get used to it of course, but most children seem pretty happy not to wear any when they can get away with it. (Based on both my own family and and anecdotes.)

    It's not so much the nudity that sounds strange but, except for the three year old, isn't it rather childish to 'run' around the house?

    We still run around the house without our clothes on. Where does it say at a certain age you have to put on clothes indoors?
