My brother really likes to pet my arms. He says that they are really soft. I will admit that they are quite soft, but is that normal?
As a young kid, I used to play with my grandmothers flabby arms when she was driving. I'd make them shimmy and it was weird to the touch. And, trust me. Nothing sexual about that. If he is very young, he's just exploring. Stimulating his senses. If he's 14, then you might want to slam on the brakes with it.
my younger cousin does that but he squishes them, he's all like, they're so squishy, and I replay, are you saying I'm fat!

dude i'm sorry but this isn't normal. i take if you're his sister? he's gonna wanna pet your otherparts soon too, lol. No just kidding he probably wont but dude, tell him to get a girlfriend, or a cat.
