Sometimes they may ache because your hormones are active or overactive. Sometimes it is because you are about to have your period, sometimes it can signify pregnancy, but don't get worried about it yet. Why don't you go to webmd.com and look it up. I'm 20, not pregnant, and perfectly healthy and I am finished growing but that still happens to me.
