My boyfriend, well he got circumsized when he was born right. Now he is over 18 and he well, he has skin over his peen like its never been cut before? is this normal? what could have happened?

    It couldn't been done wrong, but wouldn't his parents have seen it? It seems to me they take Him to a better doctor.

    I think he should see a penis doctor.

    It mightve been half circumised by an incompetent surgeon. I don't know look it up online.
