Is it normal for my boyfriend to pick my nose and be aroused by it?

ok so like every time my boyfriend and i are about to kiss, he sticks his fingers up my nose and starts making well weird noises? can any guys out there tell me if this is normal and what exactly is going on in his head when he does it?
