We have been together for almost 4 years and we had sex all the time in the beginning and now he never wants to have sex, kiss me, hug me, hold my hand or tell me he loves me.
Well I really don't know what it is but it's making me resent him and if it keeps going in this direction it will be unreconcilable.
Sounds like he might have some kind of hang up. I can't tell what it is form your post, but I bet you it's something subconscious he doesn't even realize he had. Worm it out of him.. and also think deeply on what it might be, and bring them up and see if it might be that. It can be something simple, give it a shot

Ask him If he loves you or not if he says yes ask him for sex , If he says no just move on ... my only advice,

He does have low t. He's diabetic and has been since he was 4. I have talked to him and he tells me he loves me but he is always tired tired because of low t. We live together and have 3 kids so just calling it quits isn't that easy. Not to mention I am 33 years old and not 20 so I'm not going to just say peace. I have invested a lot into this relationship. I just wanted some thoughts on the matter. He doesn't have insurance through his job either so he can't be treated for low t right now.

Either he has low testosterone or he's interested in someone else. If you want to reignite his interest, break a few dates with him, don't call back when he calls, start taking night courses in something, in other words, develop other interests that do not include him. Answer his questions with as few words as possible -- sort of like you would do if you were in court on the witness stand. If he's still interested in you, he will begin to mend his ways and show interest in you.
This is quite a astrange situation normally happening in a married situation after 10 years or more of married life. And then it is the female spouse not wanting to engage in sex anymore. My guess would be that the boyfriend found greener grass somewhere else. I would investigate the situation seriously and move on if this was true.
I think this is something you need to talk to your boyfriend about. It's not something the community can really give you advice on. (Except the advice on going to talk to him, haha)
Ever talk about this with him? I mean, if my partner got that disinterested in me - I would take it as a cue to move on. Not trying to be cruel or anything, it's just the impression I got when I read the post.
