Is it normal for my boss to give me face during my period?

I work 2 to 3 hours a night at this guys bar cleaning after it closes and after I got to know him, he's real funny and easy to like but he's 50 years old he sarted jokingly asking me if I would like for him to give me an oral masage after work. He ask like ten nights in row then one night he ask if I'd like a drink and after like 4 shots he begged me to let him go down on me so I said ok. He is the best at that than I have ever had but when I told him it was that time of the month,he did me anyway & I was wondering if that's normal or even safe.
