So my bf weighs aprox. 120 lbs but he has some apple sized lumpy boobs... I keep telling him to get it checked out but he wont and just sits there and jiggles his moobs.

there are plenty of men in the world who have boobs, more than we know. It doesn't mean they're any less of a man though. He's probably as healthy as any other man without boobs.

Does he have a normal-sized functioning penis? If not, then he may have in-born gender issues. If his penis works fine, then don't worry about just have fun with his boobs.
