Is it normal for my best friend to suddenly want me out of her life?

I have been best friends with this girl for 6 years and we were really close we did every together and she was the only person i trusted. she was also the nicest person i have ever met. for the last two months or so she has been ill so i havent seen her in ages but just texted and stuff she was totally normal but all of a sudden she started ignoring my texts and my calls its been two weeks now. and i talked to a friend and he said she was changing colleges. i dont understand why she is doing this. is it normal for her to block me out of her life for no reason? what should i do?

    I did that to friends but it was because I was going through something really big and hard for me and I was not myself. I didn't want people commenting on it and I didn't want to talk about it. When my problem past, I went back to normal socializing. It was I just wanted to be by myself at the time. Maybe she is going through the same thing? Is she is dealing with something larger than her friendship with you and you should't take it personally? I would still talk to her.

    i think she knows that the switch will hurt and she doesn't know how to face you. I think there's something she's not saying

    Being sick for a month can hurt your grades. She might have to leave.

    What is she sick with? If it's something serious, maybe she's trying to keep people away.

    Also, maybe she's depressed. Maybe she has a crush on you. :)
