I've got this best friend. I introduced him to my Filipina twin cousin FIVE years ago when we were twelve. See, he's got this major social anxiety--he's a great guy, awesome and smart, if not a bit nerdy, and he and my cousin have grown wonderfully close.
Thing is: He obviously wants her, but the girl's an emotionless one! Like, NO feelings at all!
I just don't see what's wrong with him. I seriously don't. Is it normal for him not to ask her out when it's SO obvious?
