Is it normal for me to weight this much?

I am 165 cm tall, and i weight 51 kg.... I used to be 49 even 48 but i stopped swimming for some time and i gained weight.... is it normal for me to weight this much?

    I would give you my opinion but I am a lazy american and only use the imperial system.
