Is it normal for me to play with my dog's tail?

I like to play with my dog's tail and lower back a lot. I don't know why, i just think it's cute. She has a tail that curls up over her back, and I like to poke it so that she wiggles it.

    I used to play with my dogs tail. I got her to chase it after singing Ring Around The Rosie. XD

    I also love to play the dog tail without any reason... His fluffy and curled tail attracts me to touch. Haha
