I often have orgasms in my sleep...usually in the morning. I think I am masturbating in my sleep but not sure if I am or if it is all in my head. I am a girl and I don't know if it is normal for this to happen to girls.

    I've woken myself up lots of times feeling myself up. It's quite aggravating and embarrassing but it happens lol.

    My ex used to play with himself in his sleep but can't say I've heard of girls doen it.
