Is it normal for me to look 20 years old even though i feel older?

I am very young and look young but I feel really old sometimes. Sometimes I wonder if I am a vampire because I have already gone through every single experience that an adult is supposed to. I am very fast, was once kind but now in a mood, eyes and skin burn upon contact with direct sunlight(direct sunlight also makes me very sleepy to the point of which I pass out), and I have sharp and long teeth like vampire fangs. I am I a vampire because I also don't seem to age?
