Is it normal, for me to have more close girl friends then guy friends?

Is it normal to have more girl friends then guy friends when im a guy? I mean I've had some good close guy friends growing up. However my longest most truest friends have been female. I love them like my sisters and their my family. Yet when in relationships this poses a problem for me. My past girlfriends find that me hanging out with so many women is unatural, but does not feel that way to me. so is it normal?

    *agrees to every comment above* it's perfectly normal, because sometimes guys like us just have an easier time talking to girls because they're afraid of the stereotype: guys have to be strong. Sometimes we just feel scared of judgement.

    Do your girlfriends act jealous, or do they think of you as somewhat effeminate? Honetly, i see no problem with having a ton of girl friends. So long as you dont cheat on your girlfriend with one of them, why should she be afraid?

    I think it's so normal. I'm that way about guys. But I understand girlfriends getting jealous. They just want to know if your really being true to them
