Ok, I met this girl online on and started talking to her, I'm 22 (m) and at the time I thought she was 16 turning 17, I thought "well it's a little odd but she seems to be a really cool person" so I texted her a few days then I picked her up, we talked we had coffee, things went well. I felt a fire for her suddenly I haven't felt in a long time, so I decided to stay in contact and a 2nd date was set. Later that night she told me that she was really 15 turning 16 and I didn't feel any less strong for her, she explained why she lied at first and it made sense to me cause I used to do the same thing, I don't want to lose her but I also don't want to be a creep either... I find her very attractive and she seems more mature than the other 23 and 22 year olds ive been involved with before. Is it normal for me to have these feelings for a 15 (almost 16) year old girl? I'm 22...

    yeah, it's normal. also, i believe that if they are 16, it's legal (consentual). so, if you are gonna do anything, just wait a while. it would be weird if you were, like, 30.

    Yes. But you better be careful because it is normal for parents to straight up hate you. momand dads can really make it very hard on you.

    Normal, but NOT cool to act on it, no way. Make it clear to her (and yourself), that you're just friends until she's 18. Too risky for you right now. Meantime, don't give up on girls your age.

    Age doesnt matter when falling in love only when having sex. you cant be called a pedophile for loving only for touching. im the result of a 22 yr old and a 14 yr old he only married her to avoid jail time (loopholes in most southern states you can marry without parental consent if she is prego).

    It is normal, but it would be safer to wait. I mean, you could date, but you would have to be very quiet about it, and don't go too far.

    its okay.. so many men have married to women 10years younger than them.. you can stay in contact now or wait for her to get odler.. i mean 18 years old :)
    you should just take care of the situation keep speaking to her get involved in her life from now and when you grow up youll have a great life maybe.
    p.s I date a 23 year old and I'm 18 male

      she did say she would be willing to wait, already we kinda have a dating feel to our relationship, we are just not officially dating, I care for her alot and don't want to ever see her hurt. I think she is beautiful and intelligent. Thanks much for you response :)
