In my life i meet a lot of interesting people. I can tolerate many annoyances, but the thing that really sets me off is when "less intelligent" people think they're wright about something, when they are obviously not. Is this normal?

Say: Throughout my life I have met a lot of interesting people.
Reason: Saying 'meet' is a present term, 'met' continues with your past sentence. Also in English, never use lower case 'i' when using the 'I'.
Instead of: "I can tolerate many annoyances, but the thing that really sets me off is when "less intelligent" people think they're wright about something, when they are obviously not."
Say: I cannot tolerate less intelligent people when they feel they are right, but obviously not!
Reason: There isn't any need to say "the thing that really sets me off", as you have already stated this twice in one sentence.
Instead of: "Is this normal?"
Say: Is it normal?
Reason: This site is about Is 'it' normal, not 'this'.
From reading your topic it certainly does not sound normal on your behalf (under the circumstances!).
Both the liberator and the tyrant are alike in almost all aspects. They both come to have their will enforced, they both require that others do as they do and believe as they believe.
The only thing that divides them is their ideas; ethos. therefore it's in the realm of ideas that man finds what divides him.
Hating a "stupid" person is about as sensible as hating an axe when it was the man who swung it into action.
Are we talking about Forrest Gump Stupid, or BOTDF fan stupid? Nevermind, the IQ's are the same.
I am more annoyed by lazy people. I have lazy family members and friends and honestly they piss me off.
At least know how to spell the word; right, before talking about people who are supposedly less intelligent than yourself.

For me, it's just ignorant people who are disrespectful, do stupid shit like having a bunch of kids when they know they are not ready to support them, and go out of their way to get attention or popularity even when it effects the lives of other people (such as racing on the free way). If someone is just stupid, that's fine, but when it effects other people's lives, that's when I have a problem.
It's normal. You expect them to have as much sense as you do but they keep on disappointing you with their senseless drivel. They refuse to see reason or even entertain other possibilities that go against their narrow view-point. You try to enlighten them but they refuse your arguments.
Hating them for being "stupid" isn't the best way to describe this feeling your having because if you met a dumb person who accepted all of your arguments as fact, you most likely wouldn't have a problem with them. It's more likely you hate people who refuse to be reasonable and unreasonableness can be a trait of stupid or intelligent people.
Well all think we're right. I think I'm right about loads of stuff even though I'm guaranteed to be wrong about some of it. Worse, I think I'm right about things that are subjective, like politics.
