But it may be normal to have cuts or abrasions on the surface (outside) your penis, or obviously extremely close to the end or eye.
Its probably just simple tissue damage.

Either way, this is obviously not normal. You may have an infection of some sort, so go see a doctor instead of asking stranger on the internet.

You know there are many people here with many professions. But there are also online free doctor forums too, I'm pretty sure they help as well.Yes we live online these days.

Any person on the street could be a doctor, that doesn't mean I should approach random people and ask them about my genital warts. My point is that from the perspective of a layperson, it is very difficult to discern whether or not an anonymous stranger has actual credentials, especially on the internet - so unless you have shared your medical license with the original author, I would think that going to a medical practitioner's office would be a better idea.
