Is it normal for me to cut my wrists, then suck the blood out?

I'm been depressed lately, and I've moved from cutting my hips, to cutting my wrists. I've started this new habit where I suck the blood out of my wrists after I cut them. Sometimes it even makes my hand tingle, and I like that feeling? Is this normal? And what should I do?

  • I strongly urge you to stop cutting and seeking help for your depression. I know it's easy to say, trust me, but continuing with such behaviour isn't going to help you in the long run.

Please seek some help before something really bad happens.

  • Keep doing it and cutting deeper. The feeling is heaven-like when you get it right.
