Is it normal for me to cry without realizing it?

I took a walk today and went out to eat by myself at Checkers. While I was eating I noticed my eyes were wet and that I was crying and didn't even realize it. I couldn't understand why I was crying..I mean I wasn't thinking about anything particularly painful or sad..I was baffled. Is this normal?

    Perfectly normal. Checkers gives me horrible indigestion, too.

    Allergies can make you do this. So can chopping onions. But I don't think you were chopping onions.

      yea but..the tears were just streaming down my face..for quite a while
