Is it normal for massage therapist to give you a frontal wedgie?

So he massaged my inner thighs while I was laying on my back and he pulled my leg out and bent it slightly .. He pulled knickers aside so I was almost completely exposed like a frontal wedgie.. He was focusing on groin area but is this a bit extreme?

I was getting a massage from a guy and I asked him "Is it normal to get a hard on during a massage?" and he says "Oh, sure it is..." and I said, "Well, would you mind getting it out of my face??"

          Archaic.

Please do not use the term relating to a fictitious netherworld.

          Thank you.

You will not dictate which words i can and can not use. If i want to use the word 'archaic,' i will, and i will use it in the manner in which i see fit no matter if that is incorrect according to you. Understand?

              Fine.
If you wish to continue to use words which represent medieval concepts, then please do so.
I will simply give you a gentle reminder, every time you do.

Why do you have to ruin everything? You just speak against everyone and say they are wrong. What are you the prosecution? We are not in court buddy. So leave us the fuck alone already.

Incorrect. It is impossible for any one person to ruin 'everything'.
Incorrect. I do not speak against everyone. Many people agree with me.
I did not say that they were "wrong". I had said that they were incorrect in their facts.
No, I am not the "prosecution", for the reasons that, 1) I am not an institution, and 2) This is not a criminal suit or proceedings.

              Violation.

              Please see Rule #8 & Rule #10.

              Infringement; Profanation.

I believed that you were always naked when giving a massage. I never had one before but why would he be giving you a wedgey?

Please do not use -ists or -isms.

The person providing the therapy, should have a certified title. Please try to learn what this is, and use this or another form to describe the therapy provider, without the use of the -ist.

    Thank you.

Why are ists and isms even a problem? The OP used the correct terminology for describing this person's profession. Why do you comment when all you are doing is being irritating and unhelpful? I think I can count on the fingers of one head how many useful comments you've made in your time on IIN.

These -ist and -ism noun suffixes, are derived from the Greek roots 'istēs' or 'ismos', meaning 'agent'. These have also come to mean; belief, doctrine, theory, school of thought, adherent, expert, practitioner, specialty and others.
They came into use in the English language ca. 1300, but became very common in the 16th century. They have infiltrated English and several other languages.
They are mostly the invention of politicians.
What they do, is they change the context of conversation. Rather than communicating about what that person is doing, we begin to communicate about what that person is, instead. In this case, we now are not speaking about the therapy, and usually not even what credentials the person who is performing the therapy, has. What we end up doing, is we all form an opinion in our mind, of the therapy person. Most of us are incorrect in our assumptions, but we all think that we are probably correct. This often leads to argumentative behaviour and sometimes hostility. We will also often dismiss that person entirely, or dismiss a perfectly valid thought, idea or concept because of these -ists or -isms.
In many cases, the person doing the therapy, does not have an -ist suffix attached to their certificate, such as, Physical Therapy Technician, Physiotherapy Technician, Chiropractic Assistant, etc. Bona fide Doctors, never have an -ist on their certificate. You need to ask.
Also, in many jurisdictions, where licensing is not required, scammers (both individuals and schools) will often take advantage of this by simply adding an -ist to something, to make themselves sound more credible. This leads to more licensing and regulation.
Where these -ists are in common use, as in this case, it is far easier to simply change the terminology.
Even I, used the -ist ending, in my profession, even though my certificates and licenses did not use these.
If you follow current events (read or watch the news), or study modern history, it is often one -ist or -ism, or another, which is causing (or has caused) the problem.
This is not trivial. If we can rid ourselves of these, the world will be a much better place.
