Wait...what? Was she not wearing anything under her jacket? If that's the case, then no, she's an exhibitionist and congratulations on the free show. If she was wearing a blouse or top of some sort under her jacket, though, then why in hell would you assume she got a thrill out of not having her jacket buttoned?

Women don't always wear things so random strangers can "get a nice show." Sometimes we just forget to button their coats and don't realize someone's staring.

Depends on where you're from. Do you NORMALLY see women buttoned up and masked? Most people don't flinch when a gust of wind hits them. Especially here on the coast.

I always do that when I'm wearing a long coat (not a jacket) on a windy day.

In my head I pretend it's a cape, or some long robes. I like to think it makes me look like Severus Snape when he goes sweeping around Hogwarts like a great, overgrown bat.

It actually makes me feel more confident, something I don't feel very often, and I really do love doing it. It adds a bit if fun to an otherwise boring day.
If I'm honest, it does make me feel a little more energised and empowered.
I imagine a lot of other girls like me do it for a similar reason, too.

It really isn't for any sexual reasons. It's just wind. I don't get a thrill from wind blowing against my breast. I'd be wearing a bra as well as a shirt and maybe a jumper or hoodie. Do you really think us girls would get pleasure from wind through those layers?

Uh, depending on what I am wearing under my jacket is what determines if I button up or not based on how the material falls together and looks either way. NOT for random people to harden up over it or for the wind to turn me on. I don't even know why you think wind would turn a woman on in the first place. Get laid kiddo.

I don't think this is unique to women. I usually leave my jacket open, even on windy days. Unless its cold as hell, and then I'll begrudgingly zip it up. You're over-thinking it. Women are simply people, just like us. They're not nymphos constantly looking for every chance to get a sexual thrill. Try talking to one and you'll see.
