Is it normal for it to take four hours to make a tshirt?

My girlfriend is making a T-shirt for an event with some of her friends(each friend is making her own shirt). She told me that all it is, is a print out that can be ironed onto the T-shirt (they already have a printed design). The problem is, it's been four hours, and she said it will probably take her another hour to finish. Is it normal to take four hours to make a T-shirt?
