Is it normal for him to react like this?

SO I started college September 2010 and made friends easily with lots of people. In December, me and one of my close male friends both lost people close to us and kind of became closer through the grieving process... Skip ahead to the anniversary of the deaths and the night before we're in a club with someone our friends, for a mutual friend's 18th. We end up getting quite drunk and kissing sort of by accident... Skip ahead again to January this year and we kiss again, a lot more passionately. We sit in his car and talk, text alot, talk over the internet. He's told me he likes me and I can see why we kiss the first time (we both needed someone to be close to because we were sad) but now he's making it sound like I'm stalking him (we're both single) and that I'm making more of it than there is. However, I know he likes me, and his body language makes this obvious, as well as him telling me in December. I am totally open to this, yet keep a respectful distance. is it normal that he's gone all weird despite this?

This is a tricky situation since you met each other at a vulnerable point in each others lives. Perhaps he is trying an odd ball way of getting to know you better. Im not comfortable with my answer though. I think I'm missing something here.

I agree, too much moody moody and complication. When something gets too drama-ish I ignore it.

Let him go on about his business and only answer his texts or internet chats, don't ever initiate contact again. Sounds like he's feeling guilty and trying to lay the blame on you.
