Is it normal for him to do this?

My ex contacted me, and i have to mention i still love him and he tells me he loves me as well..but he contacted me to ask me a question. Hes coming home in a few weeks and wanted to know how i would feel if he had sex with another girl. I would honestky be heart broken..i mean, i lost it to him. He tells me that hes too young ti be in a committed relationship and that he wants to have sex with a bunch of girls, its that college mindset. So what do i do?
