My boyfriend and I have been dating for over 2 and a half years now. Everything's great between us, but:
wWe're both good friends with a guy whom is gay
I would never dance or grind with another guy, just like I know he wouldn't dance with another girl
But, seeing as this guy is a mutual GAY friend, I don't see any problem dancing around with him for a little bit at a party or whatever
My boyfriend on the other hand doesn't see it as anything other than his girlfriend dancing with a guy [dancing mind you, not grinding]
Is it normal for him to be so uncomfortable with this?

    I would be too, you never know. Ppl can always have a surprise or two so better to be safe than sorry. Would you get jealous if he were to dance with a lesbian? And I'm not talking about a butch either.

    I had an ex that was never jealous of other guys. But he was jealous of my best friend who was a lesbian. I'm 100% straight so me and my friend thought it was a huge hilarious joke. But it turned out it really bugged him. Yikes.

    I think your boyfriend over reacted. It was just a dance, nothing sexual. Ladies love to dance and I know plenty of gay men that enjoy dancing too. You should talk to him about it and clear things up. State your side and listen to his and come to an agreement.

    Regardless whether he is gay or not. Your boyfriend is still a guy, so its only natural for him to be jealous. The fact that you're dancing with another MALE still makes him jealous.

    Gay or Not if your grinding on another person who's not your boyfriend then it's wrong! Think about it what if he's actually into girls even a little bit and he's actually bi and you didn't know it... I think that might be the reason why your boyfriend doesn't agree to it because he sees him as a guy when you're doing those things.
