Is it normal for her to be this way?

Ok so I have a high school track coach. She is very nice to me and she really cares how I do at meets. More than everyone else. She is in her 30's, and she is moderately attractive. The other day though she said I needed help with my 3200 meter time. So she took me (on a Saturday) to a track. Well the thing is she was wearing a sports bra, and spandex. This is odd for her. So past that we start stretching in the grass and she starts getting playful. She throws some grass at me and is laughing and having a good time. She lays back and tells me to lay down and look at the clouds. At this point I was thinking what is wrong with her?? So she finally says we should go running. So while we are running, she is still really playful (frisky?) She is bumping in to me and laughing and all that. Soon she starts talking about how lonely she is. She tells me how she hasn't had sex for five years. I'm just like ok. Then she questions me on if I masterbate, if ive had sex, and if i have a girlfriend. All very awkward. So we finally get done running and we go back to the grass to get our stuff and she full out tackles me and pins me on my back. I go along and roll her on her back and we playfully wrestle. While doing so she reaches her head up and kisses me. We continue for about a minute before we agree to meet again sometime. Is it normal? And what should I do next time? I really think I love her
